On June 20, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release offering an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. While the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is not yet complete, UnitedHealth Group has started the process to notify impacted customers and shared a website that provides additional information. UnitedHealth Group continues to offer credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Health Insurance Marketplace Plan

The Health Insurance Marketplace is an online shopping mall of healthcare plans. NH Healthy Families' plan is called Ambetter. Ambetter offers affordable health care coverage for individuals and families. Depending on your family size and income, you may even qualify for help to pay your monthly premium.

Medicaid

NH Healthy Families provides health care coverage for NH Medicaid. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) decides who is eligible for this program.

Granite Advantage Health Care Program

NH Healthy Families provides health care coverage for Granite Advantage members.  Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) decides who is eligible for this program. 

Medicare Advantage Plan

Medicare Advantage Plans provide coverage for Medicare Part A and Part B benefits as well as coverage for additional benefits such as prescription drugs, vision, hearing, dental, and fitness programs. NH Healthy Families’ Medicare Advantage Plan is Wellcare. If you are enrolled in Medicare Part A & Part B, you are eligible to enroll in one of Wellcare’s Medicare Advantage products.
