New Member ID Cards Coming

If you are currently a NH Healthy Families Member, you will be receiving a new Member ID card in the mail. Your new ID card will be effective starting March 1, 2017. It replaces the ID card you are using now. Please continue using your existing Member ID card until March 1st.

The reason we are sending you a new ID card is due to a change in how pharmacy claims will be processed. Please bring this card with you and show it to your pharmacist every time you get a prescription filled after March 1st. There is no change to your benefit.

Call Member Services at 1-866-769-3085 (TDD/TTY: 1-855-742-0123) and request a new ID card if you do not receive a new ID card in the mail by March 1st. Thank you for being a valued Member.
