What is a Telehealth Provider
A telehealth provider is a medical professional you use just like your primary care provider (PCP), except instead of going to an office you can use your mobile phone, tablet or computer. This is your easy, 24-hour access to in-network providers for non-emergency health issues. Get medical advice, a diagnosis and more. And, it’s all done by phone or video.
Use telehealth when you’re at home. Even on the job! It’s there when you need it. Make an appointment for a time that works for you. Or, you can enjoy same-day visits for urgent care, and dermatology within 24 hours.

- Create your Secure Account. Before you can use telehealth, you need to have an account.
- Request an appointment. Get an appointment right away or schedule for a time that works for you.
- Meet with the doctor. Get a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription if needed.
